When attempting to submit an incident, you may encounter the following error:

Cause 

This error typically occurs when the Principal's email address is missing from the school's account information. 


Resolution 

To resolve the issue, follow these steps: 

  1. Verify Principal Information

  2. Check Principal’s Account under Staff records
    1. Search for the School Principal account
    2. Confirm that a valid email address is entered for the Principal. 
  3. Update Missing Email (if necessary) 
    1. If the Principal's email is missing, the school must update the account record to include a valid email address. 
  4. Once the update is made, attempt to resubmit the incident.
