Cause
This error typically occurs when the Principal's email address is missing from the school's account information.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, follow these steps:
- Verify Principal Information
- Check Principal’s Account under Staff records
- Search for the School Principal account
- Confirm that a valid email address is entered for the Principal.
- Update Missing Email (if necessary)
- If the Principal's email is missing, the school must update the account record to include a valid email address.
- Once the update is made, attempt to resubmit the incident.
