Receiving an error message when trying to enter the Freshdesksk ticket system, you need to reset your password.
Click on Forgot your password
enter your user accounts email address
You will receive acknowledgement
Check for the email and Click on the link "Click here to reset the password"
IMPORTANT: Select a password that you haven't used in the last 3 times and it must be 14 characters mixed case and includes alpha and numbers.
Click "UPDATE & LOG IN" and you should see your portal with message "Password successfully updated."
