Hello,
If you are receiving the CSV files for ImagineEverything and finding that some schools are missing from the CSV file, It's probably because the Principal is not assigned to that school.
The school list is exported only if they have an assigned Principal.
You can check if the principal is assigned or not by log in to SIS > SETUP> School Info.
