Ontario Catholic Boards the BRD states the following:

In R73 and 74 it says that Catholic boards need to have slightly smaller comment parameters for Learning Skills, because of the room for the religion comment. See below. It hasn't been doing this - Catholic boards are getting too large of a learning skills comment box. Can duplicate on RCCDSB data.
To check these settings go to the board level> main menu- Setup> achievement paramaters> go
When you are done making corrections > SAVE
When you go back into the student you will see the comments are now overrun (highlighted red) and the teacher will need to make adjustments.
