Situation:
When you have a mature student (18 years old and more) and the student don’t want their parents to have access to their record.
Solution:
Before any change, here is the Visual from the Parent portal:
Select the school > More tools > Security > edsembli connect > Account > select the mother email > go to permission and uncheck "Display" on Jordan records > SAVE
You will note that in this case, we also have a sibling. The sibling file will not be affected by this change.
After the change, here is the Visual from the Parent portal. The parent will see the Student record, but no contents related to them.
