When generating the June Report card you notice that the Next Year Grade is incorrect, the school likely has not yet run INITIALIZE SCHEDULING.
Go to Scheduling Next Year, Prepare for Next Year, Initialize next year.
This process will update the students next year grade so that when you print the June report card it will show the correct "Grade in September".
