Edsembli Inc. (“Edsembli”) is currently performing a System and Organization Controls 2 (SOC 2) readiness assessment in preparation for a Type 1 examination on its System in accordance with the Trust Services Criteria relevant for Security set forth in TSC Section 100, 2017 Trust Services Principles and Criteria for Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy and DC Section 200, 2018 Description Criteria for a Description of a Service Organization’s System in a SOC 2® Report. Edsembli expects the process to end by June 2023, however, this is subject to potential changes that may arise during the course of the readiness assessment and examination.
