Step 1: Create an Excursion group
- Set up
- Attendance
- Excursion groups (Summer School)
- Add Students to your group
- SAVE
Step 2 Assign all of a field
- Student Tools menu
- Utilities
- Assign all of a field – GO
- Pick your Excursion group (Summer School)
- Enrolment – School enrolment – Request for concurrent enrolment
- Pick the school to send the students.
- Assign
- When completed you will get a list of students that were successfully sent.
Step 3 – Go to Summer School and Register the students into the program.
