Step 1:  Create an Excursion group

  • Set up
  • Attendance
  • Excursion groups (Summer School)
  • Add Students to your group
  • SAVE

Step 2 Assign all of a field

  • Student Tools menu
  • Utilities
  • Assign all of a field – GO
  • Pick your Excursion group (Summer School)
  • Enrolment – School enrolment – Request for concurrent enrolment
  • Pick the school to send the students.
  • Assign
  • When completed you will get a list of students that were successfully sent.

Step 3 – Go to Summer School and Register the students into the program.
