The FSL warning for withdrawn Students comes back on the OnSIS Validation Report:

Edsembli is currently working on this warning A development ticket will be released for new school year correcting this issue. Students should be included in the file and warning not produced.

In the meantime, these are the steps for the schools, if they want o to include the students in the file:

  • Go to the OnSIS Website 
    1. Data Collection – Add/Update School Submission 
      • March Submission – Student

         
  • From the list of students find your student
  • Click on School Enrolment
  • Scroll down to the bottom and click on Second Language
  • Add the FSL type and the Minutes of instruction per day.
