When you try to enter additional information and the SAVE button is greyed out. 

 

Issue: 

The SAVE button is greyed out because the Health card number is not entered as required. 

This issue will not be appearing necessarily when first entering the number. 


  


If the number is entered without the dashes, that could disable the SAVE button. 


Usually, Edsembli will notify the client, turning the field red under the Health card number. 

 

 

Solution:  

  1. 1) Student records > Emergency > Alerts & notes > Emergency > Edit > Edit Emergency info 

  1. 2) Enter the Health card number with the required format following the provincial directives 

  1. i.e for Ontario: 1234-678-910-XX 

  1. 3) Save
