Issue:

In ConnectEd when trying to view report cards to print them as PDFs, but the program keeps LOOPING. 
 
ConnectEd > Menu > Achievement > Print Report Card > Select reports > View 

 

 
 
 
 

 
This issue is due to using a 3rd party browser plugin instead of the default browser PDF viewer/print preview. 
ConnectEd does not currently support this 3rd party plug-in, however we do have a solution to work around this problem. 
 


Solution: 
 
1) Disable this 3rd party plugin completely and use the default browser PDF viewer / Print Preview.

2) Follow these steps to disable the use of this plugin as the default PDF viewer in your browser:
