[Transcript] Literacy Requirement Checkbox as Not Applicable N/A

How do I get the NA box to show on the transcript? 

 

  1. 1. Go into the student record > Achievement > Graduation Requirements > Other Requirements 
    2. Literacy (OSSLT) completion status > See Details 

  1. 3. Edit the OSSLT tab 

  1. 4. Make sure Completion Status is set to “Not Applicable” 
    5. AND complete the “Non Participation” status so it will appear on the transcript for your students:
