If you're trying to enroll a past student, but you can't find the student when you go to student tools> add new student> current.
- Check the past student record to see if a student number is assigned, if the record is missing you will need to enter one or create the student again and allow the system to automatically assign the number.
- Click on the link if you need help adding a new student Add New Student : edsembli Support
- Make sure the student has entry to elementary and entry to this board filled out with the proper dates.
Usual name is a field used throughout the sis and it's recommended you have this field filled out; it will help in searching the student.
Once you have verified these changes go back to student tools> add new student> current and search your student
