Antispam icon is managed at school level and is trigged by the school on the student record. 

1. Click "Family & contacts"

2. Click "edit"

3. Click "CONTACT DETAILS"

4. Click "add"

5. Click "Expressed Yes" or "Expressed No" the icon will default to unknown until you select yes or no

6. Click "SAVE"

7. Click "SAVE"

This icon is not shared with third party vendors. The megaphone icon will stay crossed out if the option of unknown or 'No' has been expressed. If the contact is set to 'Expressed Yes" the icon will no longer appear.
