If you need to remove a specific date from completed courses ( eg. the wrong date was set for the completed date when you ran add completed courses) you may follow the steps below:


SCHOOL LEVEL

1 - Main Menu >> Achievement

2 - Under Completed Courses >> More >> Remove a specific date >> Go


3 - Choose the specific date for the course (if you do not know what the date is you can go to student records, achievement, completed courses and find out the date that needs to be removed), select both checkboxes (Do not remove manual entries and Change lower mark credit values back to original if removing repeated courses) and click Remove.



Note: This process will remove the specific date for the completed course from everyone from within the school.
